Refund requests: App Store purchases are handled by Apple — file via reportaproblem.apple.com. Web purchases: email us directly.
Common questions
Why isn't my data syncing?
Sync requires a Pro subscription. Check Settings → Subscription to confirm your status. If you're already Pro, hit Settings → Subscription → Refresh Status to re-fetch your entitlement, then trigger a manual sync from Settings → Account → Sync Now.
I bought Pro on iPhone — why doesn't macOS know?
Make sure you're signed into the same account on both devices (Settings → Account on each platform should show the same email). The first time you sign in on a new platform, Pro status syncs automatically within a few seconds.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Data → Export. You'll get a JSON archive with everything you've created. The macOS app also auto-backs-up on quit (Settings → Backup) to your Library folder.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This removes your profile and all synced records permanently. On-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.
